Club History and about our great Club

Blacktown Workers Junior Rugby League Club was established approximately 40 years ago in the Blacktown community, we cater for young boys and girls form under 5 to under 15 in our Saturday competition, and from under 16 to "A" Grad in the Sunday competitions. Currently we have in excess of 400 players and officials representing the club and Blacktown community every week.

Our Club has a very strong community base, we interact with business and the Blacktown community by providing a safe and family oriented venue for children, mums and dads, and extended families to come and learn to play rugby league, socialize, and enjoy the comradeship that sport provides.

Our club has a strong relationship with Penrith District Rugby League Club, they provide us access to their senior coaches and club management personnel. They also allowed interaction between their senior coaches and club management personnel.. They also allowed interaction between their NRL players and all of our teams, which all of them appreciate and enjoy.

Each year Penrith Juniors Rugby League ask our club to host teams from visiting from England, as our grounds are the best in the district and our club is well respected and appreciated through out the Junior Rugby League Community.
